Process technician

Responsible for all process technology work of the company, including process supervision work when commissioned for production

(1) Fully responsible for the supervision of the production process technical operation rules, technical specifications, and implementation results of technical standards, and impose penalties for violations.

(2) Prefabricated parts and brick type drawings, and related kiln refractory configuration design.

(3) Quality tracking of the production process.

(4) Quality inspection of raw materials, semi-finished products and finished products.

(5) Cooperate with the chief engineer to improve product quality and develop new products.

(6) Cooperate with sales staff to participate in after-sales technical service work.

(7) Purchase, guidance and procurement of related small materials.

(8) Core technology confidentiality work.
